Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items not eligible for return include:
- Products that show signs of use or wear
- Items returned without original packaging
- Custom or promotional items (if applicable)
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item or defective product).
Refund Policy
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), we do not process traditional refunds to bank or digital wallets.
Refunds are handled in the following ways:
- If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement item or a discount on your next order.
- In certain cases, we may arrange a cash refund via courier upon product inspection.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, report the issue to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for images of the packaging and product to investigate.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges if the product received is defective or not as described. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Cancellations
